To provide a fuel temperature adjustment device, which adjusts the temperature of fuel supplied to an engine, capable of accurately controlling the temperature while avoiding complication of a structure.
A fuel temperature adjustment device includes: a heat exchanger 20; a storage tank 80 for storing a liquid and circulating it between the heat exchanger and itself; a first valve 40 for adjusting a supply liquid amount to the heat exchanger; a first temperature sensor 60 for measuring the temperature of the fuel sent out from the heat exchanger; a second temperature sensor 70 for measuring the temperature of the liquid in the storage tank; and a control unit for determining which control, out of heating control and cooling control, should be performed in the situation based on a first temperature control target value and a first temperature measurement value by the first temperature sensor 60, and for adjusting the opening of the valve based on a heating control value when in a situation where heating control should be performed, and for adjusting the opening of the valve based on a cooling control value when in a situation where cooling control should be performed.
