To reduce the size of a device.
A control valve 32 is disposed in a breather line 28 connecting a fuel tank body 10 and a canister 26, and a relief valve 34 is arranged in a valve element 32C of the control valve 32. The control valve 32 opens when an internal pressure on a fuel tank body side 32D drops at least by a given value from an internal pressure on a canister side 32A in a parking state. The relief valve 34 opens when the internal pressure on the fuel tank body side 32D exceeds the canister side internal pressure at least by a given value in a parking state to move a valve element 34A toward the canister side 32A against the urging force of a spring 34B.
