To provide a fuel vaporizer which can accelerate a vaporization speed of fuel.SOLUTION: A fuel vaporization device 1 has a fuel vaporization chamber 2 and a control part 3. The fuel vaporization chamber 2 has a vaporization part 21 having a fuel heating face 211, and an injection part 22 for injecting liquid fuel toward the fuel heating face 211, and can generate a fuel gas by vaporizing fuel. The control part 3 has a gas temperature acquisition part 31 for acquiring a vaporization chamber temperature Tbeing a temperature of a gas in the fuel vaporization chamber 2, and a heating temperature setting part 32 for setting a heating temperature indication value TH being a target of a temperature of the fuel heating face 211 on the basis of the vaporization chamber temperature T, and can control the vaporization part 21 so that the temperature of the fuel heating face 211 becomes the heating temperature indication value TH.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
