Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow automatic stowage by a real time schedule system and a rod-loading system.
SOLUTION: This method has a step for recognizing information including at least a dimension of a load 1 conveyed to a cuter end; a step for extracting proposed storage spaces to allow stowage in loading spaces on a pallet 20 based on a present packing type recognizing data stowed on the pallet 20; a step for finding a storage space and a load having stability for stowage and advantage for a first-loading last-unloading operation out of the propose storage spaces and loads of stowing objects in this time based on the load information, information of the proposed storage spaces and the present packing type recognizing data to command the stowage to a robot 30; and a step for preparing a packing type recognizing data relating to a packing type after the stowage by the command commanded hereinbefore to serve as a present packing type recognizing data, and automation is realized by the steps thereof.
