The optical transceiver includes a laser module, a transmitter module to output a transmitting signal by modulating a phase of an laser beam output from the laser module, and a receiver module to receive a receiving signal modulated in the phase thereof and extract data by multiplying the receiving signal with an laser beam output from the laser module.
