Abstract:

PURPOSE: To make the functions of a boiler and a heat exchanger perform by an impeller individually, by a method wherein the impeller comprising a disklike main plate a part of which is made of a moisture permeable material and blades 10 having side plates and air intake ports thereamong and bonded to the main plate is formed as a constitutional element of the full heat exchanger.

CONSTITUTION: The disklike main plate 8 is made of a porous Ni material of a thickness of 1mm having dried LiCl impregnated surfaces and is mounted on a rotary shaft 9. Further, the main plate 8 has a plurality of A air stream side blades 10 and a plurality of B air stream side blades 11 bonded to both surfaces thereof, respectively. The A air stream side blades 10 have the side plate 12 attached thereto and the air intake ports 13 thereamong and the B air stream side blades 11 have the side plate 14 attached thereto and the air intake ports 15 thereamong, to thereby form the impeller 16 of an integral structure fixedly mounted on the rotary shaft 9. By the rotation of the impeller 16, different air streams flow among the blades 10 and among the blades 11, respectively, so that the impeller performs the functions of both the blower and the full heat exchanger indivisually.
