Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a spin radio meter system low in cost, light in weight and capable of being easily produced and disposed in the outer space without using any complicated large opening optical system, and to provide an image processing method.
CONSTITUTION: This system is provided with a telescope 11 equipped with a rotary strip opening primary reflector 12a and a secondary reflector 12b to be rotated with an optical axis as a center so as to generate the temporary sequential continued images of a scene, a two-dimensional detector array 17 for detecting an image arranged on the focal plane of the telescope 11, and a signal processor 18 coupled to the detector array 17, recording the plural image frames of the image scene when the strip opening is rotated with the optical axis of the telescope as the center and composing all the circular opening images from the recorded image frames.
