Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency for the confirmation of functions, by providing a fixed pen head, a table moving relatively with the head, an indicator and various dogs checking the mechanical operation of the table. CONSTITUTION:When an NC device 1 to be tested is operated, an X axis motor 3, a Y axis motor 4, and a Z axis motor 14 are rotated in a prescribed number of revolutions based on the command of X, Y/Z axes, an X table 18 and a Y/Z axis table 19 are moved via an X axis ball screw 15, and a Y/Z axis ball screw 16, and the locus the same as the output of the NC device 1 with a fixed pen head 17 is drawn. It is compared with a desired locus of a digital moving command of the NC device 1 for the purpose of the function check. Further, the functions of mechanical operation is confirmed with the setting of a home position dog 12, a stroke end dog 13 and various operating switches provided on a conventional operating panel 10.
