Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a function checking method of an injection quantity measuring device capable of improving function checking accuracy without deteriorating productivity.SOLUTION: A function checking method of an injection quantity measuring device includes a first approximate linear expression calculation step (S23) and a first linearity judging step (S24). On the first approximate linear expression calculation step, a control part calculates a first approximate linear expression which exhibits linearity of a first pressure sensor from a relation of measurement injection quantity measured as the injection quantity by a volume flow meter at each of a plurality of measurement injection conditions and a pressure rising amount detected by a first pressure sensor. On the first linearity judging step, the control part judges the linearity of the first pressure sensor based on whether a difference between the first approximate linear line and the measurement injection quantity falls into the range of error or not.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
