PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a function separation type vibration control structure of a bridge, easily constructible, and capable of effectively imparting earthquake resistance to the bridge by reducing or dispensing with an enlargement and reinforcement of a lower structure by transmitting to the lower structure by reducing a horizontal load from an upper structure, for solving the problem on the transmission to the lower structure from the upper structure of the horizontal load.SOLUTION: A column 7 is provided for supporting rod-like vibration control members 8 and 8 in an upper part of a lower structure 5 in the middle in a bridge axial right-angled direction between main girders 6 and 6 mutually oppositely juxtaposed in parallel to a bridge axial direction, and the main girders 6 are provided with joining parts 9 for supporting-fixing the rod-like vibration control members 8, and a horizontal load support member composed of a pair of rod-like vibration control members 8, 8 are horizontally arranged in the bridge axial right-angled direction in line symmetry with the column 7 as the center, and one end of the respective rod-like vibration control member 8 is attached to the column 7, and the other end is fixed to the joining part 9.
