PURPOSE: To provide a function stop device during the travelling of a working machine capable of preventing dangers by providing a controller for preventing a control output to a hydraulic equipment by the operation input of a working machine lever when vehicle speed detected by a vehicle speed sensor exceeds constant value.
CONSTITUTION: A controller 10 inputs, when a working machine lever 9a is operated, an operating signal S1 to a controlled variable extracting means 100 and a corresponding controlled variable is extracted from a manipulated variable/controlled variable coordinate table. Flow rate and allowable maximum flow rate obtained by a flow rate calculating means 101 from hydraulic pressure detected by a hydraulic sensor 17 in a hydraulic circuit are compared by a comparison means 102. When a setting value is larger than the flow rate in the comparison result, an electromagnetic proportional control valve 11 is controlled by the controlled variable through the controlled variable extract means 100 from a controlled variable output means 103. On the other hand, when the setting value is smaller than the flow rate, the valve is controlled by the controlled variable based on the setting value. A vehicle speed signal from a vehicle speed sensor 30 is compared in a comparison means 104, and when it exceeds a constant vehicle speed, the output of the controlled variable output means 103 is brought to zero.
