Abstract:

PURPOSE: To trim the function of the title IC which is provided with two mutu ally interrelated adjustment resistances TR1, TR2.

CONSTITUTION: Ends, on one side, of adjustment resistances TR1, TR2 are formed individually to be an open state (T2, T3, T5). A variable resistance VR1 is attached between terminals T1 and T5. A variable resistance VR2 is attached between terminals T5 and T4. The function of a circuit is adjusted by means of the variable resistances VR1, VR2, and individual resistance values are decided. After the adjustment has been completed, the adjustment resistances TR1, TR2 are cut and trimmed individually by using a laser. Lastly, the terminals T2, T3, T5 are short-circuited.
