Abstract:
PURPOSE: To eliminate the efflux of resin by the amount more than necessary and make it possible to maintain the beauty of the surface after the efflux of resin by a method wherein the sheet concerned is a decorative sheet, in the interior of which fluid resin is interposed between the front surface sheet and the rear surface sheet and the fluid resin inside which flows within it so as to clog a wound when the wound is produced in the front surface sheet or the rear surface sheet.
CONSTITUTION: Film 2 having the oxygen-or moisture-barrier properties and sheet 1 excellent in surface physical properties and doubled with a roll coater. Moisture-curing resin 3 as fluid resin is applied in an oxygen-barrier enclosed facilities onto the film 2 having the oxygen-or moisture-barrier properties. Immediately after the application, another sheet 2 having the oxygen-or moisture- barrier properties is laminated onto the applied surface so as to prevent the moisture-curing resin 3 from curing. When a wound is produced in the resultant sheet, the moisture-curing resin 3 flows in the wound, resulting in quickly curing after the clogging of the wound and preventing the efflux of the moisture-curing resin 3 by the amount more than necessary.
