Abstract:
To provide a functional fiber manufacturing method, a functional fiber manufacturing apparatus, and a functional fiber that have a high chemical activity and can be easily manufactured.SOLUTION: The functional fiber manufacturing method includes: a spinning solution supply step of supplying a spinning solution Li1 in which PLA is dissolved in CHClto a container 11 having a bottomed cylindrical shape and provided with a plurality of discharge holes 111a on a side wall 111; a discharge step of discharging the spinning solution Li1 out of the container 11 from each of the plurality of discharge holes 111a by rotating the container 11 in which the spinning solution Li1 is stored around the rotation axis J1; and a collecting step of collecting functional fibers generated from the spinning solution Li1 by the collecting member 13 having a cylindrical shape and arranged so that an inner wall faces the side wall 111 of the container 11 in a direction orthogonal to the rotation axis J1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
