The functional film 34 includes a functional layer 36 formed on an outside protective film 35 constituted of a polymer crystal. The outside protective film 35 is characteristic in that it can meet conditions (I) and (II), and the condition (I) is that the crystallinity index of the polymer crystal be not less than 70%, and the condition (II) is that the crystalline size of the polymer crystal be not more than 300 nm. Alternatively, the outside protective film 35 is characteristic in that it can meet the conditions (I) and (II'), and the condition (I) is that the crystallinity index of the polymer crystal be not less than 70% and (II') the crystalline number density of the polymer crystal be not less than 40 μm-3.
