Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a functional film that can be easily integrated with a molded article and thereby that can easily impart photocatalytic activity to the surface of the molded article.SOLUTION: The production method of a functional film comprises applying a photocurable resin composition on a flexible substrate and drying the photocurable resin composition to form a coating film layer on the substrate. The photocurable composition comprises a photocurable resin, a solvent, and photocatalyst particles having an average particle diameter of 1 to 200 nm by 10 to 1,000 pts.mass with respect to 100 pts.mass of the photocurable resin. The photocurable resin composition is dried to give a dry-to-touch condition of the coating film layer specified by JIS K5500.SELECTED DRAWING: None
