Abstract:
To provide a functional nonwoven cloth that can adsorb volatile organic compound such as cyclic siloxane, and can reduce and keep maintenance cost due to replacement low.SOLUTION: A nonwoven cloth body 1 is subjected to radiation graft polymerization 2, brought into contact with a GMA solution 3 to form a plurality of graft chains 4 on the fibers of the nonwoven cloth body 1, and the nonwoven cloth body having the graft chains formed thereon is immersed in a sulfonic acid group liquid 5. Thereby, a functional nonwoven cloth 10 comprising a nonwoven cloth body 1 and a plurality of graft chains 4 formed on fibers of the nonwoven cloth body and in which the graft chains 4 are imparted with sulfonic acid group 6, can be obtained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
