Abstract:
To provide a functional pipette tip and a tube capable of carrying out collection, or separation and purification of a body composition, e.g. a protein in high efficiency while keeping a sucking and discharging speed large by directly attaching a polymer chain having functions to the inner surface of the plastic pipette tip and the tube.
A functional pipette material is obtained by introducing a functional group having a body composition-collecting function by graft-polymerizing a polymerizable monomer on the surface of the plastic pipette material.
