The functional woven or knitted fabric is composed of a yarn A in which a functional agent is attached to the fiber surface and other yarn in which a functional agent is not attached to the fiber surface, and the yarn A is contained in an amount of 20-80 wt.% based on total weight of woven or knitted fabric and exposure degree of the yarn A to surface area of the woven or knitted fabric obtained by the following formula is ≤10% on the surface and the rear surface of the woven or knitted fabric. The exposure degree of the yarn A=(SA/SF)×100 [wherein SA is total area (mm2) of the yarn A exposed on the surface or the rear surface and SF is the surface area (mm2) of the woven or knitted fabric].
