PURPOSE: To prevent cracks from generation on a ceramic layer by applying such a composition of components that components of NiCoCrY are reduced from an inside layer toward an outside layer in a layer between the inside layer of specified composition of components NiCoCrY and the outside layer of ceramics and ceramic component is reduced toward the reverse direction.

CONSTITUTION: The inside layer of NiCoCrY containing, by weight, 40-60% Ni, 20-40% Co, 15-25% Cr, 0.1-1% Y is provided on the side of the base metal for a metallic product. Between this and an outside layer of ceramics of Y2O3 of about 2-10% and the remaining ZrO2 a component ratio made up of constitutional components of both layers forms a functionally gradient layer which changes by multistages or continuously. In the constitution of the components of the layer, the components NiCoCrY reduce from the inside layer toward the outside layer of ceramics and the component ceramics reduces toward the reverse direction. In this way, local peeling of the ceramic layer can be prevented.
