CONSTITUTION: This funds managing system is provided with a host totalizing data receiving function at a fund calculating device 8 connected to a calculation processor 7 to control a betting ticket vending machine 4 and winning ticket refunding machines 5, 6, the automatic cash inputting function of an automatic teller machine 1 installed at each sale window, and the automatic cash paying function of automatic cash dispensers 2, 3 installed at each refund window. Besides, it is provided with a fund information input/output function from fund terminals 10, 11 installed at each general fund desk and payment fund desk, the automatic calculating function of the balance of the funds based on above- mentioned information, and further, the automatic judging function of the funds for refund by the result of each race, the kind of the race, sales, the number of visitors, and weather, etc.
