To provide a fundus camera allowing an examiner without skill in the examination to easily perform the operation for transferring the observation state from an anterior ocular segment observation state to a fundus oculi observation state.
This fundus camera comprises a body part 8 in which a photography optical system 120 for photographing the anterior ocular segment and the fundus oculi is stored, a joystick 4 operated when a subject of the photography by the photography optical system 120 is changed from the anterior ocular segment to the fundus oculi, a monitor 11 for displaying an image photographed by the photography optical system 120, an optical axis angle changing mechanism 20 permitting the change of the angle of the optical axis O of the photography optical system 120 to the optical axis OE of an eye E to be examined, and a swing sensor 60 and a tilting sensor 70 for detecting that the optical axis O of the photography optical system 120 is superimposed on the optical axis OE of the eye E to be examined in observing the displayed anterior ocular segment. When it is detected that the optical axis O is superimposed on the optical axis OE, a swing center mark M1 and a tilting center mark M2 are displayed in the monitor 11.
