Abstract:
To provide a funerary stage capable of easily changing between the state that a container is exposed and the state that a container is not exposed.SOLUTION: A funerary stage 1 stores a container 130 accommodating remains or ashes. The funerary stage 1 comprises a base stone 20 and a rotating body 30. The base stone 20 has a plane part where an upper end surface as an end surface in a vertical upper direction constitutes a horizontal surface and a bottomed hole opening at the plane part and capable of storing the container 130. The rotating body 30 is supported just above the base stone 20 rotatably relative to the base stone 20 so as to extend a rotational central axis in a vertical direction, and a lower end surface thereof as an end surface in a vertical lower direction faces the plane part of the base stone 20. In the rotating body 30, the lower end surface of the rotating body 30 is placed just above the hole when having a first rotational position, whereas the lower end surface of the rotating body 30 is not placed just above the hole when having a second rotational position different from the first rotational position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
