Abstract:

PURPOSE: To detect the position of each furnace on the basis of the output in which the position of a mobile machine is detected at real time, correct the detection output from the detection result, and conform the center of an extruder to the furnace core even when the mobile machine is moved at a general speed.
CONSTITUTION: When a mobile machine starts to travel, and the position shown by the position information obtained from the output of a position detector 12 reaches just this side of a preset furnace core position, a detection result correcting part 14 processes the image outputted by the detecting part 9 and detects each slit position of a target plate 8. It simultaneously detects the slippage between the position of an extruding machine shown by the output of the detector 12 and its actual position on the basis of this detection result, and corrects the output of the detector 12. Thereafter, when the center of the extruding machine is conformed to the furnace core of each furnace on the basis of the correction result, a conformation signal is generated and outputted. The correcting part 14 repeats this operation, corrects the output of the detector on the basis of the detecting part 9, and conforms the center of the extruding machine to the furnace core of each furnace to discharge the coke in each furnace.
