Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically detect vertical cracks generated on a furnace wall surface from images of the furnace wall surface of a coke oven chamber without removing carbon clogged on the furnace wall of the coke over chamber.SOLUTION: A high accuracy detection line 802 is extracted from a center line extraction image 710 and a vertical crack range 803 is set to the high accuracy detection line 802. Then detection lines 804 and 805 exiting out of the range of the vertical crack range 803, a detection line 801 of which length in a lateral direction is longer than length in a width direction (specified width) of the vertical crack range 803, and detection lines 806 and 807 completely surrounded by the high accuracy detection line 802 when projecting in a width direction are removed, and detection lines 802, 808 to 810 finally remaining in the vertical cracking range 803 are grouped. Then between detection lines 802, 808 to 810 in the same group and between detection lines 802, 810 and an upper limit and a lower limit of the image are interpolated by an interpolation lines 901 to 903, 905 and 907 and one vertical crack is expressed by them.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
