To provide a furniture apparatus combinedly used for storage/partition for dividing a large room into semi-private rooms, and to improve a partitioning function by increasing a forward projecting dimension of a partition body even if storage units are arranged so as to extend largely along a wall.
A shutter box-like part 2 is arranged between the right and the left storage units 1 opening forward so that the shutter box-like part 2 projects greatly from the storage units 1. The partition body 3 is fitted in the shutter box-like part 2 so as to be drawn out forward. The shutter box-like part 2 also functions as a partition member. The partition body 3 is drawn out greatly in front of the storage units 1 without deteriorating stability. A part of a front side of the shutter box-like part 2 is notched in an L or U shape in a side view in order to prevent users from feeling a sense of oppression.
