To make furniture and furnishing goods hard flammable, quasi-nonflammable or nonflammable.

At a fire accident occurring in a house, only limited area is required to be protected from fire by interior finishing materials used in a room. In case of fire, fire extends rapidly without any time for fire fighting, and especially at night, there may be no chance even to escape from fire and human life is lost. Such casualty is caused not only by burning construction material but also by flammable furniture and furnishing goods such as closet, wardrobe, cupboard and table which serves as fuel to extend fire. Current advanced technology has changed the category of materials of furniture and furnishing goods to "flammable" like that of new construction material. Even if the materials is changed to those categorized as "hard-flammable" or "nonflammable", even people who failed to escape can be rescued at the beginning of fire fighting. It is apparent that producing furniture and furnishing goods processed with fire-protection leads is necessary to assume part of corporate social responsibility and it would lead to contribution to the society.
