Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a furniture panel that is reduced in weight and is improved in a beautiful appearance and texture.SOLUTION: Multiple constituent units 4A-4C are disposed to come in abutment with a predetermined direction, and a body part 13 is constituted. The constituent units 4A-4C each have a surface material 5 and a backside material 6 formed of solid wood. A first warping inhibition material 7 for inhibiting the warping of the surface material 5 and the backside material 6 is provided between this surface material 5 and the backside material 6, and in both sides of the arrangement direction of the constituent unit. A core material 8 is provided between the surface material 5 and the backside material 6, and between the first warping inhibition materials 7, 7. An insert space 11 is formed in the first warping inhibition material 7 and the core material 8 over the whole of the arrangement direction. Multiple insert spaces 11 are formed by having intervals properly in the direction perpendicular to the arrangement direction. In the body part 13, a second warping inhibition material 17 for inhibiting the warping of the surface material 5 and the backside material 6 is inserted over all insert spaces 11 in communication with the arrangement direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
