To eliminate such problems that, when a supporting base on which an electric appliance such as a personal computer is mounted is movably pro vided on the body of a piece of furniture in such a manner that housing locations and drawer locations may be obtained, wiring is dragged on a floor surface, or the like, and a smooth moving motion of the supporting base is obstructed.

The supporting base is a server rack R equipped with a server rack body 1 and the supporting base 2 which is movably provided so that the housing location P and the pulling out locations Q may be obtained with respect to the server rack body 1. In this case, the supporting base 2 is used to mount a server SV, or the like, equipped with the wiring H. One end section h1 side of the wiring H is held at a specified height location by a first holding means 4 which is provided on the supporting base 2 side. At the same time, the other end section h2 side is held at a specified height location by a second holding means 5 which is provided on the server rack body 1 side. Under such a state, the supporting base is moved between the housing locations P and the pulling out locations Q.
