To provide a furniture unit facilitating a storage of a table into a storage space without moving a shelf panel, and making the table abut on a reinforcement panel without a direct collision of the table against a back panel when storing the table to prevent damage or breakage of the back panel.
The furniture unit includes right and left side panels 3 and the back panel 4, a shelf 2 composed of shelf panels 5a-5c provided between the side panels, and the self-sustainable table 7, and the storage space S for storing at least part of the table 7 is formed below the lowermost shelf panel 5c. The inside of the storage space S is provided with the reinforcement panel 14 supported by the right and left side panels 3 on both sides and directed in substantially the vertical direction, at a position forward apart from the front surface of the back panel 4 by a predetermined distance so as to abut on the table 7 stored in the storage space S.
