To provide a chair allowing effective use of space in a good condition under the seat part of the chair, preventing a recording device such as a printer from occupying extra space, and having a convenient recording function.
The chair has the seat part 1 and leg parts 2. The recording device 4 for recording on a storage medium is disposed on the portions of the leg parts 2 below the seat part 1 via vibration transmission preventing means 5 and 6. Because the recording device 4 is disposed on the portions of the leg parts below the seat part, effective use of the space below the seat part is achieved. Since the recording device is disposed on the portions of the leg parts below the seat part via the vibration transmission preventing means, the influence of vibrations caused by chair movement and the sitting and standing movement of the user can be reduced, so the recording device can provide records of quality not inferior to those achieved by a recording device placed on a table.
