PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a wide work surface, have excellent usability as furniture and reduce a possibility that an electric outlet gets wet when liquid is spilt on the working surface.SOLUTION: The furniture 1 includes: a top board 20 having a top surface 20t for working; a connection part 30 provided to the top board 20 of which top surface 30t is positioned so as to be flush with the top surface 20t of the top board 20, and having the electric outlet 31; and a groove part 40 provided in the top board 20 so as to be recessed downward from the top surface 20t of the top board 20 and annularly surrounding an outer periphery of the connection part 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
