Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in which, in a conventional seeding machine, only direct sowing of rice on a flooded paddy field is taken into consideration, rapid drain (drainage of ponded water) from a paddy field after seeding is difficult to carry out and the drain requires many hours.
SOLUTION: A traveling body is equipped with seeding pipes 2 for sowing with advancement and furrow openers 3 for forming furrows on a flooded paddy field. The furrow openers 3 and the seeding pipes 3 are arranged in relative positions to form furrows along the sides of seeding rows to provide the objective furrow opening apparatus for a seeding machine.
