In this furrower of a dry unhulled rice seed row-sowing machine wherein a rotary furrower 1 comprising rotators 4, 4 and a plate 6 having a furrowing tool 5 nipped with the rotators 4, 4, outwardly projected from the outer peripheries of the rotators 4, 4 and having a large diameter is attached to a shaft 3 laterally projected from the lower end of each chain case 2, the nipped width of the plate 6 is kept constant, and the width of the furrowing tool 5 is changed.
