Title:
FUSE FOR FALSE-TWISTING HEATER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3417319
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sensitively react to a temperature rise of a heating element by a simple structure so as to cut off current flow to the heating element by providing a heat conductive member in a fuse front end part facing the heating element.
SOLUTION: A heat conductive member 3A for quickly transmitting temperature of a heating element is mounted in the tip part of a fuse member 1. The heat conductive member 3A is substantially equal to a heat insulative plate material in thickness, while a predetermined fitting hole is formed in the heat insulative plate material so as to provide an insert fitting structure. Therefore, a temperature of the heating element is transmitted from the side face part of the fuse member 1 via a thin ceramic cover member 1c, so that a temperature change can be immediately transmitted to the fuse member 1 in the case of a sudden temperature rise because of abnormal heat generation in the heating element, and a brazing material 1b having a predetermined melting point is rapidly melted, and consequently, the fuse member 1 is operated immediately. As the heat conductive member 3A, aluminum containing brass material is preferable.
