To provide a polishing brush permitting change of a part of a brush instead of the whole brush when the brush of only a polishing part wears or is damaged, and a method of integrally manufacturing the polishing brush with screw parts or the like by molding a brush material at the same time as fusing.

Replacement use of a part of the brush is allowed by using the fused brush with a molded head. With this structure, it is possible to easily replace only the part of the brush where the damage or wearing is large, and therefore, the cost can be significantly reduced as compared with a conventional brush.
