To support an operation by providing a visual field having the similar reality as that when a visual field is satisfactory to the crew of a transportation means even when a visual field is unsatisfactory, and to realize a certain and safe operation by surely detecting any obstacle in the traveling direction.
A pair of right and left pictures photographed by a stereocamera 2 are transmitted to a fused visual field generating part 13 as a stereoscopic picture, and processed by a stereoscopic picture recognition processing part 11 so that any obstacle can be recognized. At the same time, geographic information in a peripheral wide range is generated as a three-dimensional geographic picture by a geographic picture generating part 12. Then, a natural fused visual field information without any sense of incompatibility is generated from the stereoscopic picture and the obstacle display picture and the peripheral geographic picture by a fixed visual field generating part 13, and the information of the speed, altitude, position, and attitude of an airplane inputted from an airplane flying information interface 5 is overlapped as necessary, and transmitted to an HMD 21.
