Abstract:
To provide a fusing insulation electric wire which is configured to be applied to a transformer for a consumer appliance and a coil while being configured to have excellent insulation performance.SOLUTION: There is provided a fusing insulation electric wire 1 in which insulation layers 3a, 3b and 3c are formed on the outer periphery of a conductor 2 and a fusion layer 4 is formed on the outer periphery of the insulation layer 3c, wherein the fusion layer 4 is configured to be formed by extruding a thermoplastic resin that contains a copolymerization polyester resin as a main component and is added with a polyester-based hot melt adhesive and a filler, the copolymerization polyester resin is polyethylene terephthalate, and a melting point of the fusion layer is 61.7°C or higher and 91.2°C or lower.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
