Abstract:

PURPOSE:To uniformly and rapidly fusion-bond by suppressing a coil by a metal jig, inserting into a high frequency induction coil, and heating by an eddy current generated at the jig to fusion-bond a coil lead. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of flat unit coils 6 or the unit coils are laminated to form a flat armature, which is shaped in a shape to be fastened, suppressed by metal jigs 11, 12, and temporarily secured. The jigs are inserted into a high frequency induction coil 17, which is energized. The jigs 11, 12 are heated by an eddy current generated at the jigs 11, 12, thereby integrally fusion-bonding the fusion-bondable insulating coating of the coil 6 by the heat. Thus, since the jigs 11, 12 can be heated from the interior, it can be rapidly and efficiently fusion-bonded.
