Abstract:
To control a position and an angle of a fusion hand to workpiece using a force sensor.SOLUTION: A fusion device includes: a robot arm (20); a fusion hand (30) which is mounted on the robot arm (20) and has a fusion head (32) for melting and joining workpiece (W) in the state of separated from workpiece (W); a support (40) which is provided on the fusion hand (30) and is brought into contact with the workpiece (W); a force sensor (35) for detecting force and a moment received from the workpiece through the support (40); and a control part for controlling operation of the robot arm (20) on the basis of the parameter calculated from an output signal of the force sensor (35).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
