Abstract:
PURPOSE: To realize long term use of fusion jig for head core block bring used in manufacture of magnetic head.
CONSTITUTION: The fusion jig for magnetic head comprises a base 1 for mounting head core blocks 2A, 2B to be fused, a block member 3 for retaining the head core blocks 2A, 2B, and a leaf spring 4 interposed between the base l and the retainer block 3, wherein the leaf spring 4 is composed of a ceramic spring.
