Abstract:

PURPOSE: To achieve automation of target flow rate tuning and relief of the load of an expert by generating a control output to a delivery pressure control actuator by using a first rule base based on data computed by a physical amount measuring computing part.
CONSTITUTION: A physical amount measuring computing part 11 is provided for computing input antecedent data of a control rule by means of a desired flow rate, serving as a reference, from a flow rate, the number of revolutions, a delivery output, and a suction lift, all detected by a pump for an oil feeding device being an object to be controlled. To ensure the desired flow rate of a system, the delivery pressure regulating actuator and the number of revolutions of the pump are controlled by a fuzzy control part 12 based on a first rule base 13 to store acknowledge regarding tuning acknowledge of an expert. When it is decided by a control stop deciding part 14 that a flow rate attains a desired value. The state of the system is stored in a recording part 15 and tuning is completed.
