To provide a novel compound useful as an agonist of G-protein-coupled receptors (GPCR).
The G-protein-coupled receptor agonist includes a compound represented by general formula: L-(CH2)m-COOH or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt. In the general formula: L is R1R2N- or R1O-; R1 is an aromatic hydrocarbon group which may be substituted; R2 is an aromatic hydrocarbon group which may be substituted, a hydrogen atom or the like; R1 and R2 may form a ring together; m is 4-16;-CH2CH2- not including the terminus C atom of -(CH2)m- may be substituted by -MR3-; M is O, S or NR4; R3 is a 1-5C alkylene group which may be substituted or the like; and R4 is an aromatic hydrocarbon group which may be substituted, an aromatic heterocyclic group which may be substituted, a hydrogen atom or the like.
