To provide a positioning gage for a press device capable of simply performing the adjustment of height without removing the positioning gage for a material to be pressed from a cushion ring.

The positioning gage 1b includes: a fixed base plate 2; a column 3 which is provided with a slot 31 and a fixing hole 32 being adjacent to the slot 31 and is arranged on the fixed base plate 2; a connecting rod 4 which is fitted to the fixing hole 32 and is fixed to the column 3; and a base stock receiving guide 5 which is fixed to the other end of the connecting rod 4. The connecting rod 4 has: a collar 41 which is formed at its one end; a thread groove 42 which is formed on the outer peripheral surface; and a nut 6 which is inserted into the thread groove 42. The connecting rod 4 is fitted to the fixing hole 32, and is fixed to the column 3 with the flange 41 and the nut 6, and also a block 23 is formed into the same surface as the guide face 53 of the material receiving guide 5 at one side end part or both side end parts of the material receiving guide 5, thereby performing a connection.
