Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To turn the temperature dependency of gain control characteristics in a gain controller to almost zero.
SOLUTION: This gain controller is provided with a variable gain device 1 for varying gain by a gain control voltage Vcd0 supplied to gain control terminals Vc and Vcx and a gain control voltage application device 2 for supplying the gain control voltage to the control gain terminal of the variable gain device. The gain control voltage Vcd0 is provided with a temperature coefficient equivalent to a thermal voltage. In such a manner the temperature dependency of the gain is turned to almost zero.
