To obtain a galvanic corrosion-proof coating effective in the air.
A galvanic corrosion-proof coating is obtained by providing an insulating resin layer 2 on the surface of a metal in the air and providing a carbon particle-containing conductive resin layer 3 thereon and characterized by that the conductive resin layer 3 is held in a potential higher than that of the metal. The vol. resistivity of the conductive resin layer 3 is preferably prescribed to 1,000 Ω.cm or less in an equilibrium state with air having a relative humidity of 100% and the thickness of the insulating resin layer 2 is preferably prescribed to 1 μm-3 mm. Further, the formation of an upper resin layer 4 on the conductive resin layer 3 and the connection of a resistor in parallel or series are appropriately performed.
