To provide a galvanic electricity anode which is capable of simply and surely executing corrosion inhibition for an anchor bolt and an attaching method therefor.
The galvanic electricity anode is constituted to allow a trapezoid-formed and plate-like core bar 2 to pass through and to be integrally fitted to a galvanic electricity anode main body 1 so that the core bar 2 protrudes from both sides of the galvanic electricity anode main body 1. The galvanic electricity anode is inserted into a space between leg parts 10a of the U-shaped steel anchor bolt 10, a pair of the leg parts 10a of which are embedded in and fixed to a base 100 made of concrete so that the space is connected by means of the core bar 2. The core bar 2 is force-fitted into the space between the leg parts 10a by striking the end part of the galvanic electricity anode main body 1 by a hammer or fastening the end part by a squill vise or the like, thereby attaching the galvanic electricity anode to the anchor bolt 10.
