PURPOSE: To facilitate the procurement of a prepaid card by displaying the total number of prize balls loaded on the slot of the counter, displaying the message that the prepaid card is available on request in case of the total number of balls which makes it possible to issue the card, and then evabling to procure the card based on the operation of selection means.

CONSTITUTION: The prize balls loaded on a slot 2 of a PACHINKO ball counter 1 are lined up by a ball-liner 21, rolled downward, counted through a sensor, and totaled by a CPU. The total number of balls is displayed on a display part 3. When the amount corresponding to the total number of balls is less than the minimum amount for issuing a prepaid card, only the bar cord receipt issue switch 41 of a selection switch 4 lights up, and a bar cord receipt is issued by the operation of this switch 41. When the above corresponding amount is more than that for issuing a prepaid card, a switch 40 which indicate a prepaid card is available and display lamps 5a-5c corresponding to the amount of card to be issued lighten as well as switch 41 and, then a required prepaid card is issued according to the operation of selection switch 50a-50c.
