The rotating light is configured such that a light illuminated from the LED is reflected by the first reflecting surface, the reflected light is illuminated to the upper direction 58b of the rotating axis, the light illuminated from the LED is reflected by the second reflecting surface and the reflected light is illuminated in the circumferential direction 58a of the rotating axis.
