A fracture screw 170 includes a region having the head section in which the front end of a tool such as a driver can be inserted, and a region having a shaft section on which a threaded groove is formed, and these regions are connected by a breakable section. After the cover member 154 is fixed, the breakable section is cut, and thus, the head section is separated from the fracture screw 170. By the separation of the head section, the shaft section becomes impossible to rotate, and the fixation of the cover member 154 becomes impossible to release. The separated head section is not away from the shaft section by a predetermined distance or more.
